SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated and shipped through USPS, within 3-5 business days of purchase. Tracking will be sent to the email provided upon checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are not offered on digital items due to the nature of digital purchases.

 

If it is a custom item, there are no returns or refunds. If you're unhappy with your item, please contact us with 48 hours of date of delivery.

If you'd like to return your item, please contact us within 3-5 days of date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in it's unused, unworn, original condition. Returns are at your own expense and must have a functional tracking number. 
Processing on refunds will begin once returned items are received, and can vary depending on your financial establishment anywhere from 3-30 business days.

DAMAGES

If your items have experienced any damage in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage and your purchase receipt. We'll happily send a replacement if we determine the cause of damage was shipping.
